And your phrase, "...Kristy, I LOVE this idea! And your phrase, "stages, ages and pages of life" is Perfect. Hopefully, someone kept up the tradition. Any chance you'll start a new one where you live now? I'd love to attend some day. Thanks for sharing!Sheri Hawleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01793306141253278799noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6436337434445842616.post-73857283746826009022019-07-10T13:09:17.424-04:002019-07-10T13:09:17.424-04:00Hi! God created and I facilitated an accidental and BIG women's fellowship in the town in which I used to live. It became known as the Gaggle and included women from all stages, ages and pages of life. For the sake of order we had a few rules to follow, one of which was one big table. It's my experience that eye contact increases our ability to hear! Any group, when carved up into smaller pieces can become clique-like and may make youngsters, newcomers or others feel "less than" if relegated to a place outside the circle. Yay to you for keeping everyone on equal footing, or seating as the case may be.Kristyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08377528708640756890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6436337434445842616.post-7187890963968267282019-07-02T20:17:00.945-04:002019-07-02T20:17:00.945-04:00Thanks, Becky! And what a hilarious question from Spencer when he couldn't imagine what you could possibly find to fill your time with when you were by yourselves. The truths you brought out of that simple statement were as wonderful and thought-provoking as ever. Thanks for sharing the gift of your words.Becky Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04510363962236511962noreply@blogger.com
